About the blog

Together, Stronger and Healthier — Welcome to Health100Lab.

There are friendships that have accompanied me through the decades, rooted in the memories of our school days and growing deeper as we age together.

As time has passed—particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic— some among us have begun to experience the subtle yet undeniable signs of declining health.
Standing at the threshold of life’s later chapters, we have, perhaps for the first time, begun to seriously reflect on what it truly means to age with vitality and dignity.

As a physiologist and medical scientist, I have dedicated my career to studying and teaching the intricate mechanisms of homeostasis—the body’s remarkable ability to maintain internal stability amid external change.

This blog was born out of a desire to transform such scientific knowledge into a practical foundation—first, to foster a healthier journey of aging alongside lifelong friends, and ultimately, to offer a resource where many others, too, can learn to design their own health and longevity through the language of science.

This is not merely a repository of health tips.
It is a knowledge platform rooted in Evidence-Based Medicine, dedicated to sharing insights and strategies that are not only scientifically sound but also genuinely applicable to everyday life.

Ultimately, I envision this blog evolving into a community of thoughtful exploration—where we seek together the pathways to living robustly into our hundreds, bridging the rigor of science with the richness of life itself.

And may all of us—including myself—pursue lives where knowledge and deliberate action enable us to craft not just longer years, but healthier, more meaningful ones.
